From appearances, she is probably a muzzie as a political statement or trying to be fashionable. Look at her hijab, it's practically a costume (a loud, tacky, ghetto-fabulous getup - not the typical subdued style typical of actual religious muzzies). She is most likely either making a big show of rejecting the "white man's" religion and culture, or she is looking for attention.
How often do you see a religious muzzie wearing ruby red lipstick and a leopard print hijab? This one is part racist and part attention whore.
