70 degrees here with the sun finally coming out after 5 days of clouds and rain. It's supposed to rain again, tonight, and for the next few days with the temps dipping down into the 40's.....still about 15-20 degrees warmer than it should be.

Christmas Day was sunny with a warm, springtime sun in the mid-50s. That night it started raining and has been coming and going ever since. St. Louis just set some new records - most rain in 24 hours in December (4.6"), wettest December on record, and wettest year on record (over 50").
New Year's Day night is forecast to drop to 21 degrees.

It was 72 yesterday!
4-5 inches on the ground, around zero degrees, about to have the hammer dropped with another foot of snow Monday night into Tuesday.
actually going to be winter for a day, a whole day of snow/freezing rain and then... back to the 50's tomorrow.

Central Indiana has been fun. Full springlike weather, including a tornado touching down about 2 to 3 miles north east of me meaning it passed almost directly overhead. Been raining almost a week now, totals well over 4 inches in my area. Nice lake in my normally dry backyard. Temps running about 20 degrees above normal, but I will take this to feet of snow and being unable to get out.
The rain has reentered our picture here. 2-5 inches predicted over the next 3 days, flood watches and warnings
until Thursday. 68 now with the highs forecast to be 50 by Friday.
