Looks good! They tell me that the best squirrel is with gravy.
Damn. That's awesome. I've cooked one squirrell. It was way too hard to skin. Harder than a deer. Nice work.
You really have wimpy squirrels there. All of these creatures are pesky, what made
you draw down it?

Looks like that squirrel was right in the middle of the pattern, never had a chance.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

Yum yum , fried tree rat, my dog loves them.....
The first time i ate squirrel was in a stew, actually tasted pretty good.
What is it in a squirrel to look for to know that you shouldn't eat it? Reds and Greys.
I'm in the Norheast if that matters.

Meat is meat B. ? I know that there is a season here. Wings and thighs.
Do know they cook quick like frog legs.

Haha! You don't skin a squirrel like a deer. Chop off the feet and head then make a slit across the belly like you were going to cut it in equal halves. (But just cut through the skin). Hook your fingers on each side of the slit and pull in opposite directions. The hide and fur come off like taking a sock off your foot.
That said Gray squirrels are quite yummy!

Easily skinned, a la Schuetz, have eaten Red, Black, Gray, fried, stew, stuffed and baked, and way you can think of and want to try, they are very edible!
