    a little golden cat ...

Late 1924 .32 acp German Ortgies pistol.

Cool design, you load it up, push the decock button and when you need to draw/fire it you simply squeeze the grip safety to cock it again and fire.

yes.. that is a cat in the grip medallion.

looks it but it hasn't been reblued, these were commercial guns and very few if any found their way into war zones. Only wear if from holster contact points.

    I need a new camera..

you can see the de-cock button. it doenst take a death grip to recock either.. about the same pressure as a 1911 grip.

mags for these can be used for both .32acp and .380. models.

Dealer I used to help at the fun show had one about 12 years ago. Very interesting piece of history! That was the first one I had seen up till then, and glad I was able to fondle it before selling it. As I remember it sold within minutes of the show opening.

    Congrats and enjoy!!!

That is a cool find! Have you had a chance to shoot it yet? That looks like something I would be interested in. I really like historical weapons that are unique in some way. That looks unique in a couple of ways.

hell no... it's 20* outside and windy.

Maybe next week, I have a bunch of crap to take out. I'm not picking up little .32 auto brass when it's freezing out.

So you load and insert the mag, pull the slide and then push the button when you want to fire?

Never mind, a grip safety. It's hard to see in the pics.
