I wonder why China invests so much in nations close to the US mainland? You know, like huge ports and other like infrastructures. And then lords it all over the locals.

This is a case, I think, where the billionaire wanted to make more money
and he was not smart. Hell I am a thousandaire and I would never give
anyone total control, especially china, over a project I had a vested interest

I definitely agree with both of your sentiments. I do have to wonder what he was thinking making a contract that prevents you from firing the contractor chosen by the bank. If he couldn't see this coming he needs to give me his money!
