China does not have the power along with NK to wipe us out. To tell you the truth I am
not sure Russia does. At least in the magnitude of the 70-80's. That was 40 years ago and it is very
expensive to keep 100 mirv rockets ready to go.

Russia has a few thousand warheads according to open source info. Their latest and greatest land based and submarine launched mirvs have the ability to shuck and jive to evade antisat weapons. Also, their missiles may be mirvs or they may be the special ones that have a single huge warhead. You can go online and see what the average yield is for each missile type. But something little talked about is the fact that with only 50 warheads Russia could take out a huge chunk of US population as well as infrastructure where China and Russia have their manufacturing and populations spread out - wich would take a thousand warheads to reduce, however Peking and Moscow are still huge cities and easy targets. Also, in Stanislav Lunev's book he mentions the plan is to use Russian nukes and Chinese troops afterwards, with certain areas of the US going to Russia. But as time progresses and Chinese technology advances, China may just decide to forgo the middle man and hit us on their own and not have to share the spoils.
