Back in 93 I was working in a Hotel in Switzerland. One night during the Montreux Jazz festival. One of the Portuguese guys came up to me and says David Bower is in the restaurant. I was like who? He kept saying David Bower the sanger. Later on after I got back to my apartment, my room mate told me that it was David Bowie. Had I known at the time. I would have done my best to go out and say hello. RIP

    He was a unique entertainer.

I was listening to him back in the seventies. I still pull out his stuff; Alladin Sane, Station to Station, Ziggy Stardust. RIP

With Bowie music, you didn't need drugs. They did help, though.

if you listen to some of his songs cranked up like moonage daydream, the guitar riffs at the end will make your ears ring for days.

Labyrinth was a great movie. Loved his character.

I like the effect of watching that tape go around.
