I'm afraid it simply means more will come here.
Bring them in immediately and drop them off in Boston. With the current blizzard I doubt they would like it here either.
If just half the refugees took up arms to oppose those they are running from, they would eventually get their own land back.
If they would rather stay in their own country then have to live in a place that snows in the winter then that is very telling. Send them all back and forget the whole thing. They obviously don't need it.
