It's about time locals started getting involved, on their own, to turn a little "terror" back on the ISIS animals that infect their homeland.

Glad to read about this. Low-volume "sniping" by unknown and unseen adversaries is an effective tactic that can paralyze enemy activity if conducted effectively. The psychological stress on ISIS will hamper their abilities to move about freely. I hope this motivates more anti-ISIS fighters to join the fight.

I agree but I think the only reason it made the news is that someone is offended by this
complication.
Just thought about something. This would tie in nicely to the fudd
thread about how they are seen by the .gov.
