Nicholson file from Home Depot, finally starting to look decent. Used a 4" angle grinder to do all the cutting, and bevel grinding. And starting with sand paper to polish it. For a handle and sheath Im thinking of eastern red cedar heart wood, or oak. All I currently have on hand. Before that Im going to buy some brass for the habaki, like on Japanese blades to help hold it into the sheath, then maybe a handguard from wrought iron. Unsure if I want the handguard. Its going to be a fighter/kitchen knife lol. Godbless.
