Well I ordered some silver bars.

I felt a little metal would not hurt. I went through J M Bullion. I just bought 6 silver one ounce bars. May get a few more.

Another good source of metals is Provident Metals (www.providentmetals.com). I, usually, order my gold coins through J M Bullion and my silver through Provident.

Both are good choices. It might be a good idea to check between the two and see which one is a little cheaper. Usually, silver is cheaper through Provident and gold is cheaper through J M.

I'm able to only buy a little each time, but if the prices go up, I'll have a little tucked away....

This, while I haven't used provident, I always price compare between jm bullion and apmex. Between deals or just normal pricing one of them will have a lower price.

I tend to buy bulk, you get lower prices, and I use bank wire to get even lower prices.
