Why should Iran follow any rules? They don't feel compelled to follow any man-made laws, as allah's laws are the one ones they answer to.
Anyway, Obama's word means nothing. He's allowing them free reign, while appearing to talk big in public.
If Iran bombed the US, Obama would just apologize and blame us for causing it anyway.

One thing is muslims are muslims..... and playing up an alleged split in islam; mobros (mobros control pretty much every muslim country save for Egypt, Iran and Syria) against Iranian mullahs for example, could be an act in order to obtain the endgame of islamic world domination. We already know they have no qualms about killing each other. That being said, 0bama is the tool of the mobros and does what they tell him to do, wich is usually perceived as acts hindering the progress of Iran towards a nuclear device. Turkey wants to run the caliphate, Saudi Arabia wants to run the caliphate, and Iran wants to run the caliphate. Keep in mind they're all muslims and will work together for an islamic world even if they kill each other doing it.

I am sure that Iran, a country run by the religion of peace would use a nuke to return Washington DC back to a peaceful city considering that it is currently a bastion of crime.
And of course if it just so happened they set one off this year, be assured that King Barack would just happen to be playing a round of golf in Kailua-Kona Hawaii.
