Stuck case in my 1888 rifle

I took my 1888 Commission rifle to the range to see how it would shoot. I had downloaded some 8mm for that rifle. I could not get a round to chamber. Whe I got home, I took a strong flashlight and looked into the chamber and it looks like there is a broken case neck stuck in there. I hope a broken case extractor will get it out. I have it soaking in penetrating oil now. I need to order the extractor. Are some extractors better than others? I have never needed one before. Thanks.

I moved the thread to a more appropriate forum.
    After today, it's all historical.

let the oil work 3-5 days and pound it out with a wooden dowel .

is your gun original .319 or updated .323 ??

So did you ever get that stuck case neck out of the chamber?
