    So they want to go to 5.7x28 or 5.56 NATO because 9 mm can't do body armor. Two observations; 1. There is AP 9 mm we Civilian drones just are not allowed to purchase it. 2. if they go to an AP capable round then any body armor likely to be worn by a President is now rendered ineffective if they screw up.

    9mm AP causes ice pick wounds from my understanding, and extreme overpenetration on soft targets.

    Yes i agree. Anything but a smart gun would be hypocritical. Obummer needs to lead the way in smart gun technology.
