Well here it is six years later and I'm finally getting started on a long awaited project
Funny how the only picture left on the thread is the one I needed to tie in the new one
What prompted the go ahead was the need for a new furnace.
I need to get that done before winter and I want to redo all the patched together duct work.
Might as well plan it for the bedroom and bathroom addition.
It's a plan as you go and hopefully it won't take another six years.

I've lugged a lot of stuff out of there through the trap door and I have it emptied now
I did find some nice tins and a bin for some nice touches in the kitchen including my dad's and uncle's lunch boxes
This was my grandparents house and nearly 100 years old, they went to school right down the road


Well I'll see how it goes, right now I just need the stairway finished.
I have a guy lined up that's going to fit it in between jobs as he can for time and material
I'll add pic's as it shows some progress

Among this pile of boards was a bunch of casings which were removed back in the forty's


Unpainted and just needing a good cleaning.
I should have enough for any new doorways that will all match exactly with the rest of the house
