I know it came out last year and I searched but couldn't find any discussion of the movie by people here that saw it.
I watched it last night on DVD. Intense movie. I am not sure of the accuracy and want to research that more, it conflicts with some things I thought I knew.
In general:
-the term "bulletproof" was used a lot to mean that repeated and sustained point blank AK fire would have no effect
-the CIA guys should have been on the damn roof with rifles
-the weapons handling and firefights were done well I think
-the movie basically made it look like the 120mm mortar attack was what screwed them up, but there was no follow up assault
I watched it with a Democrat-supporter relative. His take on it was "the Pentagon dragged their feet" and his takeaway from the movie was that it was all their screw up. Just goes to show, one can always find the story that suits one's view.
