Well, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Maybe Americans are waking up. Maybe.
They aren't buying them to hand them over.
I was in The Outpost (Ronnie Barrett's old place) friday and it was kicking. Still, they had pallets of ammo and butt loads of ARs.
MY new first favorite......just fyi.....
Its my appointment only so its never crazy like a regular shop.....His billet lowers are top notch!

Well, crap. There goes the minuscule chance of getting any .22 ammo.
Please ammo manufactures up your production of .22 ammo. The frenzy is not going to die down any time soon and you will recoup your investment.
Haven't seen .22 at Walmart in over5 years up here.
The thing about people panic buying ARs and increasing prices isn't happening.
I get daily emails from www.grabagun.com and they always seem to have ARs on sale for under $525, most are under $500.
If manufacturers have ramped-up production then where is CCI, Winchester, and Remington? All I can find is the obscure or rare to find companies, like dynamite Nobel, Gemtec, and a few others that I can't seem to remember at the moment.

I read an article today that says in most areas there are no mad scrambles to buy something...ANYTHING.
He says that most buyers are making carefully considered decisions to buy appropriate weapons and ammo valid for their self defense situation.
That alone scares the bejesus out of the anti-gunners, because these people aren't likely to see the anti-gun fever die down and decide to sell the gun to make a few bucks.
A good many of the buyers are first time gun buyers and are buying for the long haul.
Many seem to have decided that the situation in America and the world isn't looking good and they don't want to be an unarmed Frenchman or a Syrian.
In other words in a world that's being set on fire by fire bugs, people are making a considered and valid decision to buy fire extinguishers.
"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"
Aim surplus must be getting hit pretty hard, I ordered ammo on monday and my card hasn't even been charged yet.
