We have some great propaganda from the Army, but do really really need a green bullet to protect the environment or is this all some long term game plan to ban lead bullets and then control the supply of non-lead bullets, i.e., the non-lead bullets become armor piercing bullets. Of course with respect to the new bullets they are "as effective" due to higher operating pressure - not a superior bullet design. It must suck to be a career officer in the military and have to serve under Obama.
