Yessir, that's why we left Davidson county 11 years ago. The taxes, the crime, the traffic, ugh. I still love many parts of it.
As long as people are calling the cops to come and do bullshit like domestic disturbances or arbitrating problems with neighbors, the police probably should have training in areas we don't normally associate with police, since they are doing work not normally associated with police.
But again, if the police weren't "free" to call, people wouldn't waste their services on that kind of bullshit, and Muslims could pay for their own rights defense agency that would best suit their needs.

A few years ago, some Somalis found a torn up koran. The Nashville Metro police were called. They took two hours to respond. They had to apologize for that delay.
