    Bought a leather sling

    from What a Country http://whatacountry.com/ak-47-sling-leather.aspx

I bought the grade b sling and am very impressed. Minor cleaning and some oil
    GTG. Just saying...

Yeah it was smooth and looked good. But it was very dry so I washed it with saddle soap and
let it dry. It has no brass so that was not a problem. After it dried I used Kieffer's Leder-Pflege
Bee Wax oil, this is what we use on my wifes saddles and tack, to start limbering up the sling.
Took a couple of weeks and 4 applications but hey.....
