I'm going to try out some of those CB caps when I fix that 22.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

No, CB Caps are reduced powder (or no powder-just primer) .22's that are the same size as .22 Shorts. They are a lot quieter, and less powerful than .22 Shorts. Shooting galleries, at amusement parks, that used .22 rifles, used CB Caps.

exactly. They come in a can that looks similar to a can of air gun pellets. CB caps are the pointy ones. BBcaps are the round nose ones. but yea .22 rimfire cartridges with just priming compound.

RCI - aren't the bullets in the caps also half the weight of a regular .22 bullet (40 vs. 20 grains)?

Agulia Colibri .22s are just that but a full size shell and a pointy bullet but powder-less.

I have shot hundreds through a rifle at squirrels. I'm not sure if they will penetrate a raccoon skull. They are very quiet and slow moving. It would go through a squirrel but so slow that it would pull all intestines out with the bullet.

We had a huge amount of rain. Washed the bait away and I sprung the trap because I am working the next 4 days straight. I will set it back up after the end of this stretch. And to answer your question about the racoon skull. When fired from 6 inches away from its forehead through a Savage rascal it most definitely penetrates the skull.

Free-roaming cats are nothing more than moving targets. Any free-roaming cat becomes a target once it leaves the confines of its owner's house.

Cats are the most destructive predator, to natural fauna, there is.

BTW: Cats are not indigenous species. They are nothing more than alien invaders to our environments (similar to muslims in that respect).

Nothing worse then watching someone elses cat squeeze one out in your garden. believe me. They would be extinct if I could,.
