The rear sights arent right. And the others I have seen online all have white serial numbers in the slide....

mine is a USP... but you are right... there are proof marks and a serial number (covered by the penny) on that side... maybe google will tell us if the 45C has serial and proof marks...
Edit... Yup the 45C has the same serial and proof marks
second edit. Comparing his 45 ACP with my .40 S&W I also think his barrel looks too thin on the end where the cap comes off...

Unfortunately, that pistol looks to be real. If you look hard enough, you can make out the proof marks and serial number on the slide. What a complete jackass to be driving that fast with an open container of alcohol, holding a firearm in a unsafe manner, and from the looks of it my guess would be driving without any hands on the wheel while he takes a selfie. Fuck that kid, and honestly I hope he wraps his vehicle around a tree and the gun is able to go flying off into the countryside where a much more deserving person can find it and accidentally take possession of it. That H&K deserves a better life.
