Any of you guys or gals cooking today?

    To mirror the skoal thread.

What are you cooking? I am cooking the traditional Collards, Black Eyed Peas,
Potato Salad with some baked Chicken Thighs.
While no one ever listens to me,
I am constantly being told to be quiet.

We traditionally do beans and ham hocks for NYD but forgot to put the beans in to soak last night. It's just the two of us so my wife and I decided we're having salmon patties with peas in white sauce.

Made my own spaghetti sauce from a recipe given to me by a friend from Sicily. Takes a day to cook but it is really good! Going to boil some spaghetti, put it in a glass pan, add a bunch of different cheeses, my sauce, toss it in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes or until the cheese thoroughly. YUMMMM!
