Apparently he targeted the Baggage claim, which we all know, TSA doesn't screen you from entering (for most airports). If anything, this will FUCK UP how we can pick up people from the airport from now on.

Prayers to the victims. We already got ghoulish anti gun morons demanding MORE gun control, even before the facts of the situation are known.

Radio reports TSA state shooter in custody but they are still saying it is an active shooter condition which could mean a second shooter is still possible.

I know nobody cares, but when TSA arrived, I boycotted airlines. I have not and will not ever fly somewhere as long as those flunky TSA goons are around.

In the 1960's the bad guys were "communists". Now it's "terrorists". I wonder what the next popular villain will be?

It's NICE to be in a position where you don't have to cross ....say... OCEANS to get somewhere you have to be. I hear some folks never venture more than 15 miles from where they were born. The rest of us have to FLY.

Whatever you do, DO NOT read the comments in foreign news sites about this incident. I've never seen more ignorant AMERICA BASHING and insults about how 'we love our guns more than innocent human life" bullshit. The anti gun snowflakes are out in force, being brave keyboard commandos.

I responded to a bunch and then gave up. But it put me in a foul mood today.

Waiting for the anti-gun idiots to call for full bans of firearms from commercial aircraft.

Any info on the shooter's nationality? So, far the news is mum on that.

his name is Esteban Santiago. He is a 26 year old from New Jersey, lived in Alaska for some time but was carrying a Florida driving licence and had a concealed carry permit for his gun.

According to 0bama and 0bama lickers, the villains have been WASPs for the past 8 years.

I just heard on the TV that his gun was in his bag that was checked in Alaska and when he arrived in FL, he grabbed his bag, went into a bathroom, loaded his gun, and came out shooting indiscriminately.

How did he get through the airport with a handgun, and loaded mag in a checked bag? Who checked the bag? Why didn't they scan it? Sounds like someone wasn't paying attention.

    The whole thing sounds weird.

Read TSA rules. You must secure the firearm and loaded or unloaded magazines in the same locked case in your checked luggagel

Okay. That answers my question. I've never read the rules, but figured, from allthe problems I've read about, that firearms were pretty much forbidden on planes.

I have an idea, they'll try and further limit that rule now.

Does anyone know which state the CCW was issued from? I heard he was from NJ and I'm not sure you can get a CCW there.
