And to think, it was the wannabe queen who ripped Trump for not stating he would accept the results of the election. Although technically clinton did, she could have made a statement to her rioting mob telling them to accept the results and go home, but she did not.

It would be really nice to see those who set the limo on fire and broke windows to stay safely in jail at least for the full term of President Trump.

Funny, they smashed the windows of Starbucks and Bank of America, who I believe were clinton supporters! Don't know about McD.

All those people will lose their voting rights due to felony convictions.

Then again, I'll bet 90% of those asswipes never voted.

If the laws on the books are applied it would stop A LOT OF THIS, this bullshit started long ago and just has been viewed as a side show.

Yes! I totally agree with enforcing the laws as they are. If they understood that they could be tapped for $25K and go to jail up to 10 years, this shit would stop quick. George Soros isn't paying them that well lol.

Looks like this will be a Federal charge. Prosecution will likely be via the DOJ in a Federal Court - read the following.https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2101

There are a lot of appointed judges up and down the line. Some may want to keep their jobs. For now.
But as stated I believe this is federal. Get em Beauregard......

Who do you guys think is putting violent gun criminals back on the street time after time after time until they finally kill someone with little or no sentence/plea bargain. Hell a guy who had 55 straw purchases got probation. Listen to cam and company, they have a deal of the day every show, 20-30 convictions in 10 years some of them violent like shooting people still walking the streets..... Violent crime is not being punished. I hardly think smashing some windows and burning a car is going to get prosecuted fully by the feds. It will a plea bargain. My money is on probation and a small fine.

Felonies qualify them to be registered as democraps.
