On line it might be your spelling as it comes up about Dubia

I just did a Google search for "City of Raqqa" and there were a few stories
Some odd ball news outlets but a few MSM
Seems the Kurds took their first neighborhood
Nothing I've seen televised

I just type in the name "raqqa," on Google News, and I normally find a lot of stories that way.
