Question Price check on a Remington Model 11

Ran across a model 11, with 20" bbl, non military dates to 1924. Story is it came from some local PD in Missouri but it has no None factory markings. Stock set in in pretty good shape with most of the metal showing more patina than bluing. Priced at $399 but could probably get it for $375-$350. Don't need it but it's kind of a benchmark firearm design as far as semiauto shotguns go so it caught my eye.

Always see them for $300-400 here so anything in between those numbers is good if it's in good mechanical shape.
