This Tuesday is not just Halloween, It is also the 100th anniversary of the last great Charge in History! on 31st of October, 1917, Elements of the 4th Light Horse BDE. and other Mounted Units of the Australian Army, then known as (ANZAC) Ran a full blown Charge across 3 Miles of Open Dessert! to attack the Garrison at Beersheba which had Turkish, and German Troops. Beersheba is known now, as Iran. except for the Disaster in 1939 with the Polish Calvary attacking German Panzers. This is the last Great Charge of History. Paul

Yes I saw it back in 1989 on T.V. I was going to get it, and watch it again. It was a well made movie. It was made during the 70th Anniversary. of the Event.
