Conservative Pastor and Kentucky State Rep. Dan Johnson Commits Suicide After Being Publicly Accused

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Rep. Dan Johnson, who was under investigation for alleged sexual molestation, died of a "probable suicide," the Bullitt County coroner said.

Bullitt County Sheriff Donnie Tinnell said Johnson drove on to the bridge over the Salt River on Greenwell Ford Road in Mt. Washington, parked on the north side of it and shot himself in front of his car. His body was found on the bank of the river, just past the bridge.

Just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, Johnson posted the following message on his Facebook page:

"The accusations from NPR are false GOD and only GOD knows the truth, nothing is the way they make it out to be. AMERICA will not survive this type of judge and jury fake news . Conservatives take a stand. I LOVE GOD and I LOVE MY WIFE, who is the best WIFE in the world,My Love Forever ! My Mom and Dad my FAMILY and all five of my kids and Nine grandchildren two in tummies and many more to come each of you or a total gift from GOD stay strong, REBECCA needs YOU . 9-11-2001 NYC/WTC, PTSD 24/7 16 years is a sickness that will take my life, I cannot handle it any longer. Holy shit... after listening to that press conference video (held yesterday at his church), he really did come across as being innocent and falsely accused.

But why commit suicide? Did he just not want want to drag his family through that media circus and feeding frenzy? Damn.

These wild accusations are reaching a fever pitch, taking down politicians left and right...

Suicide? Just like that clinton friend possibly? He loves God so much he would not likely commit suicide. Of course in today's USA of you are guilty until proven innocent, and even then it doesn't matter, you were accused of sex crimes therefore you must be guilty regardless.

The poor man would have been harassed for the rest of his life which unfortunately turned out to be too soon. Was he guilty? We will never know, but now the left knows that they have a weapon more powerful than an atomic bomb, because this one only targets specific people.

This happened to our science teacher when I was in middle school. A couple of girls made up a story about him. He got put on leave and there was a big investigation. It turned out to be false and he got reinstated. It put the poor guy through hell. He was a really nice teacher and very well liked.
