I am not able to post pictures into my Gallery Photo Albums. I have done it in the past but am not able to now. When I go to upload the picture it acts like it is uploading. When the upload is complete I used to have to "process" the picture and then it showed up in my album. When I upload the picture now I am not given the option of processing the picture. Has something changed?
