    That whole picture is ruined by that piece of dust on the lens obscuring her bum.

    I can wipe off the dog hair and food specks off my screen but...

    The mark is just over her right heal.

    Also, she seems to have 2 other nipples on her back.

    Isn't that "mark" on her butt just sand where she sat on her heel before rising up a little?
    Oh, and it's her left heel, I believe.

    Looking at her again, I'd be very happy to clean any sand out of her vagina. If she did have sand in her vagina, it would be one time I would happily pound sand.
