We have so many monster fires of our own, why would the air quality resource board sue Colorado? They're hoping that there is a bunch of marijuana plants in that fire so that they can enjoy the smoke. Sorry for not stating I was talking about the fires that your state is famous for.
On the other hand, commiefornia legislators are so known for stupid laws, out of state smoke, even with prevailing winds in the wrong direction, would write laws banning the smoke from entering the state just to get more dollars.
