Definitely a '58 Chevy Sedan Delivery. This was marketed under the Chevy Truck series. The passenger car version was sold as the Chevy Yeoman. Both a very rare!

What's even more disturbing is that THING is breast feeding a baby. In order to achieve that level of 'manliness' she/he/it must have been taking massive doses of MALE HORMONE. When you're doing that, you DO NOT BREAST FEED BABIES. You're feeding the kid massive amounts of destabilizing hormones at an early age. This is CHILD abuse.
