Another vote for I'm glad he does. It is nice to know the history of a photo or at least who is that person in the photo and since the original poster of the photo doesn't seem to want to provide details, THANK YOU STEVE for posting the info.

With all that smoke going into the atmosphere, I can't believe that the commiefornia Air Resource Board isn't suing everyone in sight over the pollution. All those super clean cars, the electric cars saving the earth only to be thwarted by these monster fires.
