I'd say its for the illegals, but its posted in English. So it must be for the nuts that live in Cali that are too stupid not to realize you don't drink toilet water.

Also if its "reclaimed water" that restroom must smell wonderful. Usually you flush the smelly piss and sh1t away, not fill everything up with it.

Well the toilet water in your HOME is drinkable, technically, as long as your toilet is really clean. They say you can drink that in an emergency, like you're trapped inside your house or something like that. I figure that warning is because of the LAWYERS worried about a frivolous lawsuit. Non=potable water MUST be labeled because it's actually dangerous for most people to drink it in an emergency. It's kinda like drinking out of a boggy mud puddle next to an industrial construction site. Animals can do it, but most humans cannot.

The only water in a toilet in your home that is safe to drink is the water in the tank, not the bowl. Once it hits the bowl, I wouldn't drink it even if I just came off a 3 day hike in the desert. I wouldn't drink it no matter how clean the bowl is.

The tank water is just as safe to drink as your tap water is because it came through the same set of pipes and from the same source as your drinking water does. As long as it's just regular water, it's okay. Don't try to drink it if it had any dye in it. That's not good. Rust buildup only affects the taste, and makes it taste a little like sucking on a nail. Each season, I clean out the rust in the toilets just so it doesn't build up too much should I have to drink it (like when the power goes out [I live in the country and don't have city water] for any reason.)

I meant the tank too. Sorry for my poor wording. I myself would never touch the water in the bowl As for emergency water, I always keep multiple stacks of bottled water (and go through them, replenishing them as needed) so that I have at least three weeks of drinking water in case of catastrophe
