Rather than see these results as what will happen if the Dimocrats are stupid enough to try a mandatory gun ban, they'll jump to the wrong conclusion once again, that this would have worked if it had been done "correctly."

By "correctly," they mean door-to-door home invasion.

And, they won't stop until they go that route.

Two things the judge said were totally wrong, or just plain scary:

“The law is different in this case because the government, as the sovereign, has the power to take property that is dangerous, diseased, or used in criminal activities without compensation,” said Senior Circuit Judge Loren A. Smith in his nine-page ruling.

This could apply to all guns, cars, ice skates, knives, bows and arrows, hammers, skateboards, etc. Just about everything, in everyday life, is dangerous if not used correctly.

machine guns,” which was how bump stocks were reclassified, are not protected by the Second Amendment."

Actually, the Second Amendment applies to ALL firearms used by the military. It's our government that has infringed on that right that has brought to to where we are today.
1938 was the year the government made its move infringing the 2nd Amendment. Up until then, machine guns were protected by the 2nd Amendment. It all went downhill from there.

Just by stating his argument against the plaintiffs, this judge has set a precedent that could be used in future cases where firearms might be confiscated on a national scale.

Funny how something that according to the words "shall not be infringed" can be considered not covered or protected.

It's like saying the alphabet shall not be infringed, but the letters X, Y, and Z are not protected and therefore can be banned.
