I was about to say "unbelievable" but many of these supposed rulers on the law don't believe in the law as written. Therefore understandable for someone who prefers to make laws versus his true job of just ruling on laws as to their constitutionality.

That brain dead lunatic is another reason why we should NEVER let the LIBTARDS get a majority on the Supreme Court. His reasoning is idiotic and he's a total douchebag. I'm so glad he's retired from SCOTUS.
I hope ONE MORE justice retires, hopefully a LIBERAL ONE, and Trump can pick a GOOD conservative justice to the bench.
