yes, and many are on scholarship (gymnastics, pe, sports medicine, etc).

I guess I am either old, or old fashioned, or both. A dude cheerleader is not very appealing to me. In my twisted mind a cheerleader should have sex appeal. I still remember when in high school on the days the cheerleaders would wear their "outfit" to school (showing a lot of thigh). Often I would be distracted by looking at them during a class and I would then have to position and carry my books so as to cover the crotch area when standing up to leave.

I have to say that over time you do not seem to be as liberal as I once thought you were. Probably, the same could be said for most of us to a certain extent.
