Witness said shots outside and inside building. FNC reporting it was a female shooter. Sounds like she escaped the area but they are also saying the shooter has been "incapacitated". Coroner enroute and maybe 9 transported to local hospitals.

The shooter was identified as Nasim Aghdam. Her rant was that Youtube is full of shit (which I agree with) and that Youtube discriminates against certain content (again, something I actually agree with) and that Youtube promotes only certain ideas and views and tries to crush others (wow, I totally agree with her, except for the shooting people at Youtube part of course).
