Body building versus power lifting
Years ago I used to body build, but now I need to strengthen some muscles in a damaged arm.
I known that in power lifting you up the poundages and lower the reps, but how long do you rest between sets?
How many sets?
I'm just not sure what the difference is between power and body building, and I need straight strength building.
