    So, according to the article, they are proposing a law about something (opening a guns store) that hasn't happened yet, in order to stop it from happening in the future. That's kind of like locking someone up for a crime they may commit sometime in the future, but they're doing ti now to stop it from happening (shades of Minority Report).

    Plus, they keep talking about not violating the 2nd Amendment. Since when has that ever stopped Communist Dimocrats from passing gun laws?
