Forrest fire down the road a couple miles.

Were safe. It got a little smokey for a while but it looks like the fire department has it under control now. Walked over and took some pics just now. Its still ongoing. Helicopter keeps going over the house.

Update: My street is being asked to voluntarily evacuate. Packing up but waiting till I feel like i have to go.

Geez Dude I hope they get it under control. Those things can get out of control quickly. I live in the woods, so I can relate. Keep us posted.

Hope everything's gonna be okay for you and you don't have to evacuate.

Its still burning. Just jumped in my truck for a closer look and the cops turned me back around. Luckily the wind is blowing it past us not right at us.

Well they are letting some people back into their homes but the helicopter is still making runs. I think I am safe.

That sounds like more excitement than I would like. Glad you and your family are safe.
