In my Mossburg Shockwave the 1150 fps tactical buckshot is more or less comfortable to shoot and is still provides 9 OO buck at a supersonic speed, i.e. good stoping power in a load I can practice with. I find the standard 1350 fps buckshot to have excessive recoil in a Shockwave.

It is hard to say what it might feel like to shoot these shotguns. Many if not most use improvised ammo. The propellant is from fireworks and projectiles are sometimes from things like chopped up nails.

It would be interesting to know as much as possible about the making of primers for the improvised ammo - given the fact that a lot of these shotguns and improvised ammo are made and used in countries where guns are extremely illegal.
