    Seems the Air Force understands that three round burst is not full auto. Only ATF defines full auto as more than one round per trigger pull, so according to ATF the rifle is full auto, but according to the more knowledgeable Air Force, it is not full auto, but semi auto capable of three round bursts. Makes sense if using the unconstitutional ATF interpretation.

    According to the article the M4 carbine functions the same way. I'm guessing the author simply misunderstood or has no idea what they are talking about. Then again perhaps the M4 carbine is really a semi-auto.

    Agree, good chance the author not only has no idea but has never actually handles one.
