I've heard some pretty solid analysis that paints the new Scotus pick as being very PRO GUN. I'm VERY HAPPY!

Is he pro gun personally, or just pro gun constitutionally; i.e., does he just up hold the Constitution without giving thought about guns one way or the other?
Living in D.C., did he go out and buy a gun after the Heller decision?

Either way, about as good a nominee as we could hope for considering the swamp that is D.C..

Its my understanding that's it's constitutionally. He wrote an opinion that heller should extend constitutional protections to semiautomatic rifles. I think trump did us a solid with this pick.

Just think, if the Notorioius RBG finally leaves, we may see a review of the NFA & GCA.

Of course she will have to be hauled out of SCOTUS in a body bag.

That would be worth a celebration in itself.

Well the left thinks its ok to cause a scene every time they see a republican. Why not start a thing where people yell "HEY!" as hard as they can whenever they see RBG? Fair is fair.

Don't think it really matters. The second amendment is quite clear. If the new justice upholds the constitution, no worries...

    Good enough for ME!!!!!

AntiGun Senator Chris Murphy (D) of Connecticut Tweeted:

"Brett Kavanaugh is a true Second Amendment radical. He believes assault weapon bans are unconstitutional, a position way out of the judicial mainstream, far to the right of even late Justice Scalia."
