So glad to hear this after being told a musket was a weapon of war, which is what the second amendment is all about.

Waiting for them to admit that the 1934 NFA was about people being able to own weapons of war, and since in the initial ruling that short barrel shot gun that was used to screw us should now be legal as it was ruled not a weapon of war?

I'm now really confused, because the law of the land states shall not be infringed. It does not say the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed only if the arms are not weapons of war.
