    Interesting Decision By 9th Circuit on Open Carry

    They decide that open carry is protected by the Constitution but concealed carry is not. This article provides some interesting historical information on how they came to that conclusion.

    While I don't disagree this seems like a pretty conservative ruling for them. Unless I am mistaken they said that states cannot outlaw open carry.
