I've never had a problem with my cholesterol, but sister has, she eats a bowl of oatmeal every day ( no milk or sugar ), a cup of raw peanuts ( almonds, pecans, pistachio ) will work too, but peanuts are cheaper, beans ( she eats pintos) and she has cut way down on saturated fats in her diet, seems to be working her cholesterol levels are normal

Try to avoid statin drugs if possible. High quality fish oil, Vitamins K2 and D3, a good diet, and regular cardio should do the trick.
