    Beretta Cheetah Model 84F

Thinking about getting a Beretta 84F Cheetah from J&G. Expect it to cost about $420 shipped. I got a 84BB a few years ago and really like it. I have been looking at the 84F for about 4 months and I think it would make a great addition to my growing .380 collection. I have done some checking and the price seems pretty good. I will make the final decision tomorrow.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

Yeah, those are cool little guns. Did you end up getting it?

Not yet. I started to and then thought about other guns I would like to get and held off. I am about to do some traveling. If they are still available when I get back I will probably do it.

After much thought and handling I decided not to get the Beretta and decided instead to get another CZ-83. It has a slightly smaller grip diameter so it will be easier for my daughter, the final recipient, to hold because of that. I ordered it last night from AIM and I should have it by the end of the week.

The other reason is ease of field stripping. I plan on giving this to my daughter who is not had much experience with mechanical things. The CZ you just pull down the trigger guard and it breaks into 3 pieces. The Beretta is not hard, but it is slightly more complex and breaks into about 5 pieces. The CZ will be easier for my daughter to learn on.
