I watch the local news to see if Indianapolis is maintaining it's murder rate lead over Chicago. Per 100,000 people Indy trounces Chicago. It's just that they have more people to kill so they get the better ratings.

Is Indianapolis's murder rate because of a pesky, yet to be named, group that comprises about 10% of the population? And is not Native American, Hispanic, Middle Eastern or East Asian?
